The Manager, Wireless Operations is responsible for configuration activities of the proprietary wireless system and services as well as the ongoing maintenance and support thereafter. The Wireless Manager leads and directs the activities of the mobile audit and support staff to ensure adherence to consistent processes, policies, and procedures globally.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
+ Establishes and maintains global operating procedures relative to:
+ Overall audit and optimization guidelines and objectives.
+ Individual account audit requirements and procedures.
+ Customers mobile inventories utilizing Cass management support systems and services.
+ Oversee the relationship with third party subcontractor(s) providing order fulfillment and helpdesk functions ensuring service level commitments are met.
+ Oversees the planning, design, implementation, communication, and training of customers regarding various aspects of the telecom application.
+ Oversees configuration activities, maintenance, and support of the Cass telecom provisioning system. This includes, but is not limited to service requests, work orders, device catalogs, plan catalogs, feature catalogs, asset management, and client profiles.
+ Determines staff account assignments and re-assignments when required.
+ Establishes and monitors key processing indicators and statistics establishes productivity objectives per account, per function, and per employee throughout Cass’s global operations.
+ Works directly to support Cass Global Strategic Sourcing services to large customer engagements including inventory validation, benchmark pricing exercises and contractual pricing impact reporting.
+ Monitors audit profitability analysis and provide recommendations for procedural changes, productivity improvements, and/or changes to staffing levels.
+ Monitors service delivery quality from audit subcontractor(s) including Latin America and Australia. Other subcontractors as necessary.
+ Oversees the configuration and delivery of Cass’s inventory management systems and services.
+ Serves as liaison in the resolution of customer audit and optimization service issues.
+ Assists in sales presentations as required.
+ Monitors, evaluates, improves, and maintains performance of global mobile optimization staff.
+ Recommends changes and enhancements, which will improve the overall efficiency and quality of services for the Telecom Division.
+ Perform special projects as requested.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
+ An understanding of various carrier pricing, tariff, and contract rate applications, domestic and international.
+ The capacity of easily adapting to systems automation and their application to the Cass TEM process.
+ Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
+ An understanding of human relations and the ability to maintain satisfactory relationships with clients and staff.
+ Provides positive leadership at a role model level.
+ Strong desire to work with people and accomplish objectives through the efforts of others.
+ Operates in a strategic-oriented capacity.
MINIMUM LEVEL OF PREPARATION AND TRAINING NORMALLY REQUIRED:
+ A bachelor's degree in business administration or telecommunications or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
+ 3-5 years of experience leading auditing services, preferably Telecom Expense Management (TEM) environment.
