This position is responsible for assessing the needs of each patient during a surgical procedure, ensuring that policies and procedures are met, and maintaining patient safety. Outlines individual care plans, implements, evaluates, and documents care of patients during surgery. Provides leadership to the Riecker Surgery Center team, communicates with patients and family, the Surgery Center team, and manager and ancillary departments. Participates in staff development through preceptorship and continuing education. Assists anesthesia and performs other duties as assigned.
Submission Requirements- 2+ years of Experience - Required
