Microsoft 365 Migration Specialist - Trilon Group

Job Overview: 

We are seeking a skilled and experienced M365 Migration Specialist to join our IT team in Orlando, Florida. This role will focus on tenant-to-tenant M365 migrations and Active Directory consolidations, utilizing tools like Quest on Demand, Entra, and Active Directory. The M365 Migration Specialist will report directly to the Director of IT Integration and will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless transitions during migrations.

 

 

·         Lead and execute tenant-to-tenant M365 migrations, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations.

·         Utilize Quest on Demand tools, Entra, and Active Directory for effective migration processes.

·         Collaborate with the IT team to plan, configure, and implement migration strategies.

·         Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to M365 migrations and integration.

·         Maintain documentation of migration processes and configurations.

·         Ensure compliance with organizational policies and security standards during migrations.

·         Provide training and support to end-users on new M365 environments.

·         Work closely with the Director of IT Integration to align migration activities with overall IT strategy.

·         Proficiency with Quest on Demand tool, Entra, Active Directory, and PowerShell scripting.

·         Strong understanding of M365 services and architecture.

·         Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

·         Ability to work independently and manage multiple migration projects simultaneously.

·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert) are a plus.

NOTE: This role will require occasional travel as well as after-hour and weekend work as needed.
