You'll develop strategies to solve complex business problems using new ways of thinking, and devise solutions to support your clients' needs through using the latest tools and methods.  You’ll develop lasting relationships with client personnel and further these relationships through quality product delivery.  You’ll foster a network within the business community and serve as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market. You will also be a mentor and provide performance development to teams as you oversee the successful completion of project work plans. What Will Help You Be Successful You enjoy discussing technical and industry trends and seek opportunities to demonstrate and teach seniors and staff on the job. You are motivated to learn and interested in all things related to Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain, including the latest trends and developments.  You are passionate about building relationships with clients and providing exceptional experiences. You have an inherent interest in project management and team leadership.  You promote a positive team culture that fosters open communication among all engagement team members.  You create development opportunities for others, including participating in the creation and rollout of training, and ways for your team to improve our clients and communities. You have interest in contributing to the preparation of client proposals and strategies to win new business.  You excel at identifying opportunities to integrate product solutions and resources to improve client service capabilities. You have interest in working with a diverse portfolio of clients across industries.  Do Your Talents Include the Following? Demonstrated experience with: Performing internal control reviews and user security risk assessments for customers running Microsoft Dynamics D365 for Finance, Microsoft Dynamics D365 for Supply Chain and/or Microsoft Dynamics AX2012.Role-related skill Assessing risk utilizing Governance, Risk and Compliance products such as Fastpath. Working knowledge of internal control frameworks, with understanding of both IT and Business risks and controls concepts related to D365.   Identifying areas of business risk, potential technical problems, and opportunities to improve the efficiency and profitability of the client’s overall business processes. Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, PowerApps, and Power Automate. Developing policies related to permission sets and user roles within Dynamics 365 environments; managing the assignment of these roles to different user profiles based on their job functions. Building custom solutions using X++ Aptitude to apply your understanding of business processes and technical skills to successful completion of projects. Understanding of core business processes including Order-To-Cash (OTC), Purchase-To-Pay (PTP), and Record-To-Report (RTR)  Strong understanding of the Microsoft Platform and capabilities of the different Microsoft cloud solutions. Ability to process understanding of project requirements and client's business/industry.  Strong understanding of the Microsoft Platform and capabilities of the different Microsoft cloud solutions. Evaluating, summarizing, organizing, and interpreting data.  Establishing and cultivating business relationships and a professional network, including with senior executives.  Successfully pursuing business development opportunities and identifying and implementing strategies to obtain new work or clientele.  Ability to translate and communicate issues, risk, or challenges to client personnel, including executives.  Leadership and direct supervisory experience of teams including conducting performance appraisals, mentoring and coaching, oversight and review of work, coordination across teams, and understanding how to motivate.   Your Educational and Professional Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., MIS, CIS) 7+ years working a related field required, preferably in professional services and/or industry Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Secondary emphasis on Visio and Access. Professional Certification such as:  MB-300MB-310   MB-320   MB-330  MB-500 MB-700  Preferred Certifications:  Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365: Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect Expert  Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate  Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365: Finance and Operations Apps Developer Associate  Our Hybrid Workplace Protiviti practices a hybrid model, which is a combination of working in person with a purpose and working remotely. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job.$139,000.00 - $223,000.00Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job.14%The total cash range is estimated from the sum of the base salary range plus the bonus target opportunity.
