Mid-Level Scrum Master - Kingfisher Systems, Inc.

Mission

Kingfisher is seeking a Mid-Level Scrum Master for a confidential Department of Defense client. Client mission includes:

• Leading the Department’s strategy and policy on data, analytics, and AI adoption, as well as governing and overseeing efforts across the Department.
• Enabling the development of digital and AI-enabled solutions across the Department, while also selectively scaling proven solutions for enterprise and joint use cases.
• Providing a sophisticated cadre of technical experts that serve as a de facto data and digital response force able to address urgent crises and emerging challenges with state-of-the-art digital solutions

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise to support agile development using iterative methodologies.
• Document requirements and specifications.
• Synthesize requirements, recommend alternative technical and business approaches, and facilitate engineering efforts to meet timelines.

Required Qualifications

• Must be a United States Citizen.
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies and tools.
• Strong communication skills for proactive engagement with CDAO members and DoD colleagues.

Years of Experience: 7+ years

Degree Requirement: Bachelor’s degree plus 7-10 years of experience, or a Master's Degree plus 5 years of experience.

Minimum Clearance Requirement: TS must be able to achieve a TS/SCI clearance with scope.

Location: Hybrid (2-3 days per week on-site) Falls Church, Pentagon, Alexandria, or Arlington
