Mid / Sr Program Manager / Sr Delivery Manager

40 hrs / week - Client in Ashburn VA area - C2C / 1099 are ok

Excellent communications skills.  Experience working and managing on and offshore teams and contractors.

**MUST have Project Managed complex financial systems implementations (preferably Treasury systems) - attention to detail, and experience with the attention to detail and regulatory requirements are critical

Experience with 'ATOM Treasury and Risk' system from Financial Sciences is a major plus

High Level Description:

 Work with Treasury Modernization teams to ensure timely delivery (development teams, testing teams, data migration teams, analytics teams, etc)

 Work with the workstream teams on Gaps, Impediments and Executables.

 Project Governance and Vendor Management.

 Assess Risks

 Good Communication and Interpersonal skills to engage with both the technical and business teams.

 Facilitate Scope and Status Calls with Cross functional Team

 Create Work Break Down Structures and High Level project plans

 Vendor Delivery Management

 Understanding of Agile and Waterfall Methodologies.

 Work with leadership teams to create priorities.

 Modern IT Technical/ Software / Systems implementation experience is a MUST

 Ability to work on multiple initiatives.

 Manage multiple programs.
