About the Job
Basic Function:
- Under the direction of the Manager of Buildings & Grounds, in association with the building administrator maintains the building in a clean, orderly and safe condition.
- The Head Custodian is responsible for performing all functions associated with custodial operations involving minor maintenance tasks.
- Oversees the activities of the 2nd day Floater Custodian, evening/weekend custodians and building cleaners.
- Basic work week is 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week, 6:30am - 3:00pm.
- Occasional weekend work may be required depending on scheduled events.
