Summary:
Yorktown Systems Group is seeking a highly qualified Military Analyst to provide professional services and support to the Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) G2 with support to assessment directly related to the Operational Environment (OE) and Threat Integration Division. Successful support will include reviewing, analyzing, and providing recommendations for the integration of the COE and its critical variables into training, education, and LD events. Work effort includes producing and updating doctrinal threat and OPFOR publications including Army Techniques Publication (ATP), Field Manual (FM), Training Circular (TC) 7-100 series, support to accreditation of combat training centers (CTC), support to OE and threat integration at the Centers of Excellence (COE), and analytic support to other OE and Threat products as directed.
Specific duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and maintain a repository of Threat information regarding organization, tactics, doctrine, and materiel for integration into training, education, and leader development.
- Support the development of assessments of the OE for integration into training, education, and leader development.
- Prepare training support packages and design curricula to support CTC and COE cadre with integration of the OE and threat into training.
- Execute OE and Threat training programs for cadre, scenario writers, observer controllers, course developers, and OPFOR.
- Support doctrine development of ATPs, FMs, and TCs with research, writing, reviewing, and editing material.
- Research, author, and publish intelligence informed assessments of OE and threat implications for large scale combat operations.
- Review regulations, pamphlets, and circulars that contain references to OE. Review lesson plans and related materials to ensure OE integration.
- Provide in-depth advice and counsel involving friendly and adversary doctrine, TTPs, capabilities, OE, ISR, and the conduct of After Action Reviews (AARs) and evaluations.
- Design, validate, and replicate the OE conditions and threats that serve as training conditions for all training, education, and leader development programs.
- Review, edit, and recommend changes to the World Wide Equipment Guide (WEG) for updates and publication. Answers RFIs concerning current and developing weapons, equipment and technology.
- Compiles and submits reports and updates to management as required.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in a related Intelligence field.
- Demonstrated ability to meet the responsibilities as described in Primary Duties and Responsibilities.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills and must possess the ability to communicate effectively with USG customers, executive and senior leadership, and support management staff.
- Must have excellent presentation skills, with an ability to design, develop and deliver high-quality deliverables created through collaboration.
- Must have experience in conducting research projects and writing assessments.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Clearance: Secret clearance is required, with the ability to obtain Top-Secret with SCI (TS/SCI).
