Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Military Operations: Oversee and coordinate various military operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
- Task Coordination: Work with different offices and agencies to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Task Assignment: Identify what needs to be done and assign tasks to the appropriate personnel.
- Response Verification: Ensure that responses to tasks meet the required standards.
- Daily Reporting: Compile and distribute daily activity reports.
- Liaison Coordination: Work with liaison officers to verify the accuracy and completeness of reporting data.
- Mission Support: Ensure operational leaders are prepared and ready to execute their missions.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange travel and handle expense reports.
Basic Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI Clearance
- Familiarity with the Department of Defense’s Planning, Programming, and Budgeting System (DOD PPBS).
- Experience in budget management, ensuring proper allocation across different areas like procurement and research.
- Knowledge of the Program Objective Memorandum (POM).
- Ability to analyze and synthesize various planning and budget guidance documents.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with SharePoint.
- Familiarity with portal-based systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
