Milling Deburring Technician
Position Purpose:
The primary role of the deburring technician is to deburr, polish, and tumble parts per work instructions that are acceptable to the customer.
Responsibilities/Duties/Functions:
• Communicate clearly with Machining personnel that are supplying parts to the Deburring area.
• Effectively run all equipment in the deburring / polishing / tumbling area.
• Maintain lot traceability
• Data entry within inspection paperwork in a legible manner
• Identify any dimensional issues that would require a deburring adjustment
• Keep work area clean

Qualifications:
• Ability to communicate with machining personnel and co-workers
• Ability to read and understand Measuring tools (Micrometers, Calipers, Indicators, and Vision systems etc.)
• Ability to effectively operate all deburring equipment in deburring area
• Ability to understand the deburring / polishing / tumbling process
• Has basic math skills

Special Position Requirements:
• Ability to sit for long periods of time
• Use of Microscope and deburring tools
• Must be capable of lifting 50 Lbs.
• Must be able to work overtime when needed
