Full Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Millwork Project Manager to lead and manage the organization of key client projects. As our Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating people and processes within our Manufacturing, Drafting Design, and Sales and Estimating Teams to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with the high-quality service our clients expect. This role includes overseeing communication and coordination between our manufacturing, installation, and client management teams to ensure seamless project execution.

- Participate in project transfer meetings and consolidate project information into a management framework.
- Distribute relevant project information to members of the Daily Operations Team.
- Fully understand project details, including material requirements, to ensure smooth production processes.
- Assist in obtaining and coordinating details with the Operations Team for shop production, material needs, and scheduling.
- Manage and assist in setting the production schedule.
- Coordinate project schedules with the Installation Manager.
- Lead daily/weekly meetings with the Operations Team to relay project updates and details.
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure flawless project execution.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop detailed project plans to track progress and manage changes in scope, schedule, and costs.
- Measure and report project performance using systems, tools, and techniques.
- Manage client relationships and coordinate schedules with the Client Team.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and establish relationships with third-party vendors.
- Proven working experience as a project administrator or manager in the construction or millwork industry.
- Strong technical background with an understanding of construction processes and project management tools.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other project management tools.
- Proficient in Innergy is a plus
- Strong background in business management, budgeting, and analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
- Millwork Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)
