Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman Millwrights for projects located in the Cleveland, TN area. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $28/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:      

•  Installation, maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment in industrial settings
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues
• Assemble & install machinery and equipment according to specifications and layout plans
• Perform preventative maintenance on machinery to ensure efficient operation and minimize downtime
• Diagnose & repair mechanical issues including hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Use hand and power tools to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical problems
• Read and interpret blueprints schematics and technical manuals to guide installation and repair work
• Ensure proper alignment and calibration of equipment for optimal performance
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment
• Maintain records of maintenance and repair work performed on machinery
• Work closely with other maintenance staff and operators to coordinate repairs and maintenance schedules

Requirements

• 3+ years of prior experience
