Description
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman Millwrights for projects located in the Cleveland, TN area . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $28/hour based on experience and skill level.If you are a Millwright eager to master your skills while working alongside our accomplished Craft Professionals, this is your chance to advance your career!
Job Scope:
+ Installation, maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment in industrial settings
+ Troubleshoot mechanical issues
+ Assemble & install machinery and equipment according to specifications and layout plans
+ Perform preventative maintenance on machinery to ensure efficient operation and minimize downtime
+ Diagnose & repair mechanical issues including hydraulic and pneumatic systems
+ Use hand and power tools to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical problems
+ Read and interpret blueprints schematics and technical manuals to guide installation and repair work
+ Ensure proper alignment and calibration of equipment for optimal performance
+ Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment
+ Maintain records of maintenance and repair work performed on machinery
+ Work closely with other maintenance staff and operators to coordinate repairs and maintenance schedules
Requirements
+ 3+ years of prior experience
