Job Description
We are looking for individuals with a can-do attitude and initiative to excel in their role. This position involves working at various work sites both locally and regionally, so some travel is required. Will be home every night. We offer a pay incentive for travel.
Responsibilities
+ Perform welding, torching, and climbing tasks.
+ Read and interpret blueprints related to the assembly of equipment.
+ Operate forklifts, man lifts, and other miscellaneous job equipment.
+ Handle and assemble equipment.
Essential Skills
+ 2+ years of experience in Welding (both Stick and Mig).
+ 2+ years of experience in Torching.
+ Valid Driver's License.
+ Ability to climb.
+ Experience in Metal Fabrication.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with sheet metal fabrication.
+ Experience as a farm hand or in farming.
+ Familiarity with working outside on farm sites.

You will be working outside on farm sites, often around grain bins. The role requires travel from work site to work site. You will be using various equipment such as forklifts and man lifts, and should be comfortable working in diverse weather conditions.
