Overview:We are looking for Millwrights to join our Team in Randle, WA.
The position of Maintenance Millwright repairs, maintains, and operates (on occasion) all the equipment within a work center. This includes taking full ownership to complete work on-time and correctly. Must have the ability to establish a working relationship with maintenance, production, and management personnel to achieve the goals of the organization. Must be or become proficient in ability to troubleshoot equipment and systems, maintain equipment and systems, operate machinery, proficient use of all tools relate to the trade and good communication skills. Must have the ability to understand and work with work order systems, machine histories, scheduling, warehousing, and related maintenance fields.
- Work schedule: Relief Day Shift, 5:00 AM-3:30 PM, Thursday-Sunday, Flexible as needed. Overtime is expected.
- Wage starts at $31.96-$37.06 per hour plus shift differential, ($66,476-$77,085 starting per year before any overtime, shift differential, and production bonuses). Production Bonuses are possible for every employee each month, based on the plant site's target goals.
Will match up to 4 weeks per year of paid time off for external applicants with relevant industry experience.

Responsibilities:- Practice safe work habits and comply with all company work and safety standards.
- Possess good manual dexterity, hand/eye coordination, and communication skills through writing, speech, & hearing.
- Capable of walking around ladders, stairs, and uneven surfaces.
- Ability to learn to have a thorough working knowledge of mechanical operations used in the industry and be able to maintain, install, repair, and troubleshoot all systems, equipment, and facilities.
- Possess the necessary skills and aptitudes required to operate maintenance tools and related machinery.
- Ability to learn to be able to operate all facility equipment to the degree needed for troubleshooting and testing.
- Assist production personnel to maintain the flow of product.
- Assist with cleaning shop, stocking supplies, and maintaining proper housekeeping standards to promote a safe work environment.
- Must be willing to attend any training necessary to upgrade performance.
- Must be willing to train any employees as assigned by supervisor.
- Must be willing to work overtime as necessary.
- Must possess the ability to become proficient in following areas: weld, cut, troubleshoot equipment and systems, maintain all working components, operate machinery, understand pneumatic and hydraulic systems, and proficient use of all tools related to the trade.
- Prior industrial maintenance experience (12-months minimum) is required. Journey level is preferred.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Must maintain a current Hampton PIT (forklift) authorization.
