Job Description:

As a Millwright at Prime Field Service, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our machinery and equipment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery and equipment according to specifications
• Conducting preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance
• Diagnosing mechanical issues and implementing effective solutions
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals
• Collaborating with other team members to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure safety protocols are followed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification preferred
• Proven experience as a Millwright or similar role in a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical documentation
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
