Requirements:
• 10 Years + Restoration experience required
• Excellent leadership, salesmanship, customer service, negotiation, and communication
• Must have a good understanding of general building construction
• Industry experience is MUST HAVE
• Ability to read an estimate, understand, and increase revenue
• Certifications such as WRT, ASD, and AMRT is a huge plus.
• Must be able to be insured on company vehicle policy and have a clean driving record.
