MITIGATION PROJECT MANAGER
Summary
Ensure consistent production quality and outstanding customer service through effective communication from project initiation to completion. Provide on-the-job training to team members for professional growth and adherence to standards. Oversee Crew Chiefs to ensure compliance with IICRC standards and company processes.
Responsibilities
- Timely delivery and communication of mitigation services, including onsite monitoring and daily updates.
- Collaborate with Procurement and Warehouse Managers for tool and equipment availability.
- Meet annual company cycle time goals and inspect mitigation projects for labor hour estimation.
- Complete mitigation-only estimates and dispatch schedules; respond to emergency losses.
- Schedule mitigation visits, verify accuracy, and ensure quality documentation for billing.
- Order temporary labor as needed, conduct on-the-job software training, and inspect project sites for health and safety.
- Resolve customer concerns, coach team members, and conduct performance reviews.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and offboard Mitigation Team Members.
- Keep management informed of quality performance; conduct performance evaluations and provide warnings when necessary.
- Establish collaborative relationships among Mitigation Team, Logistics Mitigation Manager, and Structure PMs. Coordinate with Marketing, customer administration, and Structure Division for project-related matters.

Qualifications
- At least 3-5 years of construction or restoration industry experience.
- Ability to review financial reports and assess job costing.
- Proficient technical skills and certification in relevant service areas.
- Adequate Math skills
- Negotiation
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Xactimate.
- Effective listening skills.
- Certifications:
IICRC WRT, ASD
EPA RRRP
- High School diploma or GED
