What you will do:
- Perform emergency board up, water extraction, water damage mitigation and mold remediation.
- Assist in demolition and prepare areas/rooms for work activities and equipment.
- Execute fire damage mitigation services efficiently and safely.
- Perform heavy cleaning duties including cleaning floors, washing walls and glass, and removing debris.
- Interface compassionately with clients and relay information to the Lead/Project Manager/ Superintendent.
- Assist with functions outside of mitigation (picking up and delivering materials, performing Matterport scans, etc.) depending on job volume.
What you will bring:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1-3 years of experience in restoration required.
- Carpet cleaning experience a plus!
- Ability to perform in this physically demanding position where you will lift equipment weighing 100+lbs.
- Must be able to work on ladders and tall areas, in confined and tight areas, as well as perform in extreme heat, humidity, and cold weather
- IICRC Water Certification preferred, additional certifications such as Fire, Mold, etc. a plus!
