EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
This position requires a high school diploma or GED and a stable employment history. Also, you must be willing and able to work a night shift schedule that includes alternate weekends and holidays in a manufacturing environment that may not be climate controlled. A strong mechanical aptitude is preferred.

Position Summary:
As a Mixing Operator, you will play a critical role in the tire production process by operating and monitoring mixing equipment to produce rubber compounds. You will ensure all materials are blended according to exact specifications, maintaining the high standards of quality our customers expect. Competitive hourly wage starting at $21.79
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate mixing machinery to combine raw materials such as natural rubber, synthetic rubber, and other chemicals.
- Follow detailed work instructions and specifications to achieve the correct compound mixture.
- Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform routine quality checks on materials and finished compounds.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all equipment is functioning properly.
- Collaborate with other team members, including those in tire building and quality control.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Must be comfortable working in an environment with exposure to chemical odors and fumes as part of the production process, while following all safety guidelines
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with operating large machinery, especially in a mixing or chemical processing setting, is a plus.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift over 100 pounds and move heavy materials as required.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and climb stairs for 12 hours and walking can range up to 15 miles per shift
- Willingness to work in a hot (up to 130 degrees) and fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

TNA is currently looking for Manufacturing Technicians to operate production equipment in our fast-paced, automated plant environment. This role is responsible for efficiently and effectively operating automated production equipment as well as basic mechanical troubleshooting.
