About the Job
This engagement will require resources with various skillsets for the vendor to be successful. In addition to technical skills, the ability to work directly with senior leadership to define requirements, consult on industry best practices, design mockups, communicate and report on project health are also needed.
The Vendor Project Management function should include the scheduling and moderating of stakeholder calls, management calls, technical calls with agreed upon participants.
Weekly Stakeholder and Management project reporting and dashboards is expected and should be based on project details and scope source of truth data. Stakeholder dashboards should include, at minimum, the following project health indicator visuals:
Propriety migration and scripting tools are not allowed. The vendor will utilize MNIT approved migration/conversion tools: Sharegate is the preferred tool. MetaLogix (with vendor provided license and no server extensions). Microsoft Migration Tool, Kudzu.
Post migration to the Government Community Cloud, the vendor is expected to remediate broken functionality in a separate site collection so as not impact user experience.

- Path to green for any yellow or red indicators
- Progress/accomplishments against key milestones
- Risks, escalations, decisions needed
- Microsoft Server, Microsoft SQL server, SQL, InfoPath, SharePoint Designer, EXCEL, IIS, PowerShell, Java Script, HTML, C#, ShareGate, SharePoint server, SharePoint Workflow 2010.
- PowerApps, Power Automate, Microsoft (GA) Government Community Cloud
- Cloud-based technical design and mockup skills including experience with incorporating consistent branding
- Industry-wide SharePoint design and best practice experience. Such as, but not limited to:
- Experience guiding and presenting to executive leadership on organization site design requirements and mockups
- Experience with creating and implementing SharePoint certification processes
- Experience with SharePoint design and architecture
- Creating a user-focused navigation
- Enhancing content discovery through metadata
- Streamlining the user experience
- Ensuring state and federal accessibility guidelines are met
- Experience creating governance documents
