The Multicultural Team, based in the Residential Consumers Business Unit, is seeking a mobile developer to ensure adoption of its product strategy for its customer facing product experiences. The individual will work collaboratively with the advanced applications mobile engineering team and the Multicultural team driving success to both "bring up the general market and "innovate and delight its customers. The result would be audience growth in specific multicultural segments inclusive of Latino and International.
This position will blend into new initiatives that aim to emphasize and drive awareness of localization opportunities. A successful candidate play a key role in future delivery of customized and localized applications released by the advanced applications mobile engineering team.

Rate: $ 48/hr w2 all incl.
Location: Philadelphia, PA 19102 F2F Required
Key Skills:
- Experience with Gradle and Xcode build tools.
- Facility with both Java and Objective-C (Swift would be a bonus).

Responsibilities:
- Determine points of customization and develop strategy for engaging all stakeholders.
- Define and automate localization processes and workflow.
- Advice the development team on best practices for maintaining multiple products from a single codebase.
- Develop build tools and processes for delivering different binaries from a single codebase.
- Interact with counterparts at partner companies to define build parameters, gain access to developer accounts, and deliver binaries.
- Triage and fix bugs found during customization and localization cycles.
- Assess software product Internationalization (I18N) status and identify I18N issues.
- Offer I18N solutions and localization guidance to the development team and troubleshoot localization issues.
- Provide technical support to localization vendors during translation and testing.
- Experience with Gradle and Xcode build tools.
- Facility with both Java and Objective-C (Swift would be a bonus).
- Solid understanding of internationalization and localization.
- Good communication skills.
