We invite you to join our Arizona Diagnostic Radiology team as a Mobile Driver Patient Service Representative. This Per-diem/PRN career opportunity has an as needed schedule and will transport the mobile mammography coach to assigned locations in Arizona, in addition to greeting and registering patients.
You will:
- Transports Mobile Mammography Coach to assigned locations within established timeframes to ensure excellent customer service is provided
- Performs general maintenance checks on the vehicle including filling with gas, checking fluid levels, checking tire pressure and cleaning windows; promptly reporting any vehicle problems or maintenance issues to supervisor to ensure a safe vehicle
- Maintains the interior of the Mobile Mammography vehicle on an ongoing basis.
- Assist in the patient-care capacity by escorting patients from the facility to the mobile unit, while ensuring excellent patient care, comfort, safety, and confidentiality (we will train you!)
- Some administrative tasks required, including time/activity reports, billing, drivers’ logs, and any applicable maintenance, mileage, or inspection forms
- Greets and registers patients in a friendly and service oriented manner.
- Answers/ transfers incoming phone calls.
- Enters accurate information in the system.
- Pre-registers, submits reports and documents, inputs clinical data as needed for appointment, and requests films as needed.
- Gives patients appropriate orientation for preparatory and safety protocols, and provides directions to facilities if needed.

To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have:
- Experienced Driver, Valid Class B or Class A Drivers License.
- Must have one of the following: a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), one to three months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Possesses and utilizes excellent customer service skills, strong public relations skills, and exceptional written and verbal communications skills.
- Must be detail-oriented and organized, possess clerical skills, and have the ability to interact effectively with doctors, referring doctors and staff, patients, vendors, peers, and management.
