Job description
- Proficiency in design, development and testing of Mobile applications (Android and/or IOS is a requirement);
- Total of 6+ years of IT experience; out of which, minimum of 3 years of Mobile applications development experience
- Experience leading a team of Android and/or IOS developers (Team size - minimum of 4)
- Offshore lead experience is preferred
- This role is to manage a team of up to 6 offshore developers (3 Android and 3 IOS developers) and 1 Automation tester
- Very good communication skills are needed to interact with both onsite and offshore team
- Onsite client team –director, Product manager, Scrum master, BSA and onsite tester
- Offshore – Developers and Tester
- Development experience with handheld devices (Tablet or Client handheld devices) is desired but not a requirement
