Technical Skills:
- ·Must be familiar with manual testing web applications (HTML, CSS, JS).
- ·All communication goes over HTTP to back-end, so must have experience using HTTP proxy tools such as Charles or other.
- ·Must have QA mobile experience working with iOS and/or Android (Android preferred but open – it's a 50/50 split)
- ·Solid communication skills are critical
- ·6 years plus of QA experience ideally required.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
- 6+ years of professional quality assurance experience
- Mobile device testing experience
- Web inspector experience
- Unit testing experience
- Experience proxying and manipulating HTTP requests
- Experience deploying and operating on public or private cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, OpenStack)
- Experience with GitFlow or similar version control workflow
- Experience with Charles HTTP Proxy is a plus
- Experience with Splunk querying is a plus
- Fundamental understanding of the HTTP protocol
- Familiarity with manual web testing applications (HTML, CSS, JS)
- Exceptional communication skills and collaboration skills
- Verify new features and maintain the integrity of our client's flagship consumer-facing application on desktop, mobile and X1 platforms
- Write test cases
- Maintain automated tests
- Maintain operational dashboards
- Provide triage support
