Who Are We Looking For?

We are seeking passionate Mobile Software Engineers skilled in developing mobile applications using the Flutter framework. As a member of the Advanced Development team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality cross-platform mobile apps for both iOS and Android ecosystems, focusing on performance, usability, and code quality.

Responsibilities:

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.

Flutter Development:

Develop and implement mobile applications using the Flutter framework, ensuring high-quality and performant apps.

Code Translation:

Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code that meets design and functionality specifications.

Optimization:

Optimize app performance and ensure compatibility across a wide range of devices.

Troubleshooting:

Troubleshoot and debug issues to maintain app stability and ensure a seamless user experience.

Industry Trends:

Stay updated on Flutter and mobile development trends, and incorporate best practices into your development process.

Effective Communication:

Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on technical and business goals.

Technical Decision-Making:

Make informed technical trade-offs between short-term team needs and long-term business goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

BS or MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a relevant field.

Experience:

3+ years of relevant experience as a Flutter Developer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile applications developed using Flutter.

Skills:

Proficiency in Dart programming language and Flutter framework.

Solid understanding of mobile app design principles and UI/UX best practices.

Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Security APIs:

Familiarity with authentication and authorization/RBAC enabled services.

API Development:

Experience with GraphQL and REST-based API development.
