Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home consultations and assessments.
• Provide compassionate end-of-life care and support to pets and their families.
• Develop individualized care plans.
• Communicate effectively with pet owners and team members.

Qualifications:

• DVM/VMD degree from an accredited veterinary school.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in hospice or palliative care preferred.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to pet care.
