• Serve as a brand ambassador for Hertz, ensuring a positive rental experience for Lyft and Uber drivers.
• Facilitate efficient vehicle rentals, providing guidance on vehicle options and rental processes.
• Maintain optimal operational efficiencies and assist in inventory management.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in rental or customer service preferred.
