We are seeking a highly skilled Mobility Specialist to work in Huntsville, AL. Candidates must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications include:
- Proficient in Apple iOS, technology, and devices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
- A service-oriented mindset is a must.
- Problem-solving skills and resourcefulness are highly desired.
- Provide email and telephone support to both internal and external clients.
- Utilize help desk software to keep an accurate account of tasks.
- Document steps taken and resolution for assigned tickets.
- Work with a variety of users to assist with setup smartphones and other mobile device troubleshooting.
- Build and develop working relationships with clients.
- Communicate effectively with peers, management, and clients.
- Collect and enters orders for new or additional products or services.
- Ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers' problems and concerns.
- Maintain customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
- Perform other duties such as back-up support for Audio Visual (AV) activities.
- Perform entry level AV operational support and troubleshooting.
- Assist in preparing Standard Operating Procedures for mobility devices and AV activities.
- Recommend efficiencies to processes and procedures.
- Compile and submit weekly status reports.
- Assist with property management activities of mobile and AV equipment.
- Stay up-to-date on DISA mobility guidance.
Physical and Mental Qualifications:
- Be able to maintain awareness during scheduled working hours
- Prolonged periods sitting or standing at desk and working on a computer (mouse and keyboard)
- Able to lift up to 15 pounds
- Excellent verbal and written communication; good command of the English language
- Execute tasks independently and work as a team
- Learns and memories routine tasks
- Strong organizational, grammar, business correspondence, and self-management skills
