Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Mohs Surgeon who is Board Eligible or Board Certified to perform Mohs micrographic surgery exclusively. The ideal candidate will have the ability to handle a high volume of cases, approximately 12-15 cases per day, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced practice environment.
Skills Required:
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Mohs Surgery.
- Proficient in performing Mohs micrographic surgery independently.
- Ability to handle a high volume of cases, 12-15 cases per day.
- Strong diagnostic and surgical skills in dermatology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced practice.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle challenges as they arise.
- Commitment to providing quality patient care and outcomes.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Perform Mohs micrographic surgery for the treatment of skin cancer and complex skin lesions.
- Conduct thorough pre-operative assessments and evaluations of patients.
- Interpret histopathological findings and make surgical decisions based on microscopic analysis.
- Collaborate with pathologists, dermatologists, and other healthcare professionals as needed.
- Provide post-operative care, wound management, and follow-up appointments.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
