Pay: $25+/hr. (plus a $2 shift differential)

Job Duties:
- Maintain and repair molds ranging from 17 to 400 tons
- Troubleshoot tooling issues and collaborate with plastics personnel
- Read and interpret tool drawings (blueprints or electronic)
- Utilize shop measuring tools and toolroom equipment (grinders, milling machines, lathes, etc.)
- Apply knowledge of injection molding, materials, and processing
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Implement and improve mold preventative maintenance (PM) program
- Operate lift trucks and fork trucks
- Adhere to safety rules and good housekeeping practices
- Collaborate with engineering, machine maintenance, and other departments
Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience repairing injection molding tooling
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. repetitively
- Experience with ISO9001 standards
- Frequent walking, standing, bending, lifting, and reaching
- Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs., frequent lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Experience working in a Manufacturing environment
