As a Jr. Molding Equipment Manager you will be responsible for;
- Responsibilities:
- Manage, execute, and support install, start-up, and set-up at customer site of Liquid Injection Molding Equipment that includes LSR dosing system equipment, 40D12 processing units with hoses onto an injection molding machine, molds, and End of Arm Tooling.
- Pre-planning: Review order details with Austria and USA team for technical clarification and ensure it aligns with the scope/timing of the customer and review shipment made to the customer for completeness.
- Onsite with customer (USA predominantly, less likely but possible Mexico/Canada/Caribbean/South American): Manage & execute commissioning and start-up with customer or another internal technician. Take pictures, gather details, and report feedback to USA and Austria teams.
- Remote support to be provided for troubleshooting.
- Travel: 50-60% of the time (1-2 weeks per month)
- 2 weeks training in Austria at the beginning of contract
- Qualifications:
- 2 years of hands-on experience in Injection Molding Industry of Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR), Plastics Polymers, TPE, or Black Rubber
- Hands-on Experience in electrical wiring, pneumatic modules, cooling/heating lines, reviewing of mold drawings & 3D CAD models, mechanical assemblies, operation of an injection molding machine
- Critical thinking and troubleshooting experience with Injection molding equipment is highly desired
Salary Range: $70k- $74k
The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience
