Molecular Sales Representative - Lighthouse Lab Services

Lighthouse Lab Services is working with aa new molecular laboratory located near Washington, DC looking for an experienced molecular laboratory sales representative to join the team. The ideal background for this position is molecular sales or clinical lab services sales.

This position can be remote but requires travel.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Cultivate relationships with Independent Labs, hospital-based Labs and other strategic markets as we uncover
• Proactively take lead on target market profile (TMP) prospects that are delivered by the lead generation team and follow proper selling methodologies to uncover current challenges as well as articulate the ROI and value proposition of leveraging our platform and services to overcome identified challenges.
• Provide Lab industry and market expertise.
• Leverage your own personal network to fill your sales pipeline and contribute to overall growth.
• Manage sales process and develop pipeline through accurate forecasting, account strategy and planning.
• Develop platform proposals, agreements and encompass excellent negotiation skills to see deals to closure
• Engage and lead contract negotiations

Preferred Profile:

• Previous clinical laboratory sales in either molecular or clinical pathology
• 1+ years of experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• If you are fluent in mandarin no prior sales experience is required

Salary and Benefits:

• Base pay of $75k
• PTO and Holidays
