Job Title: Principal Consultant (Monitor)
Location: Springfield or Chicago
Union: IFSOE
Department: Special Education Programmatic Support
Salary: $57,461 - $72,614 (Full Range: $57,461 - $97,790)
Office Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and evaluate special education programs.

Provide guidance and support to educational staff.

Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Conduct training sessions and workshops.

Collaborate with stakeholders to improve program effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Special Education or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in special education.

Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
