About the Job
We're always looking to add flexible substitute guides to our on-call list. Are you interested in working as a Substitute Teacher at Guidepost Montessori? This position will support multiple mixed-age Montessori classrooms.
This is an on-call position where we will reach out to you as-needed to provide coverage when full-time teachers are out sick or on vacation.
The Substitute Teacher role is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door at Guidepost Montessori. Many of our substitutes ultimately transition into full-time Assistant Teachers with us when new openings become available. Hours for the position and days worked vary based on the needs of the school.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience working with young children ages 0-6
- Warm and friendly demeanor
- High school diploma
