Responsibilities:

The Mortgage Support Analyst II provides support in managing a broad variety of departmental operations including special projects, strategic planning process and initiatives, and conducting data integrity, compliance, and operational efficiency analysis and reporting. As the Mortgage Support Analyst, you will develop interim automated solutions to assist various departments, create exception reporting and automate routines in addition to various other department-related activities.

The Mortgage Support Analyst will:

• Create and produce regular compliance reports that serve to hold the division accountable for meeting defined targets
• Serve as a point person to interact with internal and external clients to facilitate various complex projects and presentations
• Assist business units with developing interim business tools to facilitate an increased level of efficiency
• Support the Operations team with data analysis and problem solving
• Draft policies and procedures for the dif
