Role:
The Home Equity Specialist will work with members to provide quality home equity mortgage products to meet their needs.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Rate: $25 per hour, plus incentives for production. Offers based on qualifications.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Experience: One to three years of similar or related experience.
Education: A high school education or equivalent
The Home Equity Specialist will work with members to provide quality home equity mortgage products to meet their needs.
Summary of Responsibilities:
- Consult with members and potential members regarding home equity products and loan applications
- Identify member financial needs and offer a solution by cross-selling home equity products and services that will meet those needs
- Originate and submit completed and compliant home equity mortgage loan applications for processing
- Provide a home equity products point-of-contact role for a network of branches
- Provide assistance and follow-up support for all mortgage home equity applications until funded
- Initiate and develop professional relationships to establish a referral base to generate additional home equity business
- Meet established home equity origination goals including initiating leads and closing loans at an acceptable rate
