Mortgage Loan Closing Analyst - St. Mary's Bank

St. Mary's Bank is looking to fill a full-time MortgageLoan Closing Analyst in the Mortgage Operations department.  This position is responsible for working with closing agents to complete all documentation for mortgage closings that are required by State and/or Federal regulation.  The position will review approved mortgage loan files to ensure underwriting conditions are approved, appropriate insurance certificates, rate lock and loan documentation is met.

Qualifications:

Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent with a least 3 years current/recent experience in mortgage loan processing, underwriting and loan closing functions.

Complete knowledge and understanding of conventional, govenerment, NHHFA and RD lending requirements and state and federal compliance lending regulations.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills required as well as strong analytical ability and math functions with an emphasis on detail.

Excellent organizational and time management skills as well as the ability to multi-task.

Computer experience required with knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Fannie Mae Desktop underwriter, basic Excel and related Mortgage Lending Software.
