$70,000 - $250,000 Base + Commission

What You’ll Do

• Engage with clients to understand their financial dreams and aspirations. Provide them with magical, tailored mortgage solutions that fit their unique needs
• Guide clients through the mortgage application maze, ensuring every “i” is dotted and every “t” is crossed. Collect and verify essential financial documents like a pro
• Team up with underwriters and processors to make the loan approval process swift and smooth. Keep clients updated every step of the way and celebrate every milestone
• Be the go-to person for all client questions and concerns. Deliver exceptional service that leaves clients feeling confident and excited about their journey
• Be ahead of mortgage regulations and ensure all applications meet federal, state, and company standards
• Stay sharp on market trends, interest rates, and competitor products. Use your insights to offer clients the best and most competitive mortgage solutions

What You Bring to The Table

Proven experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer or in a similar role in the mortgage industry

In-depth understanding of mortgage products, loan origination, and underwriting processes

Knowledge of federal and state mortgage regulations

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and thrive in a high-energy team environment

Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in mortgage software, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite

Valid Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license through the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS) is a must
