Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Monday - Friday

Pay Rate: $17.00+ per hour based on experience

In this position, you will handle a range of post-closing loan servicing duties. Responsibilities include sorting incoming mail, logging and organizing files, managing document distribution, and addressing standard client inquiries. The role demands strong attention to detail and the ability to work with loan documentation, adhere to state-specific regulations, and meet compliance deadlines as directed by clients.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Excellent customer service and data entry skills with the ability to effectively work within a team.
• Conduct audits and quality control checks according to lender-specific requirements.
• Ensure timely submission of finalized residential loan files to multiple lenders for funding.
• Accurately enter closed files into the system.
• Organize and audit large volume closed loan files.
• Recognize and correctly identify all recordable documents.
• Manage client inquiries and resolve issues professionally through email communication.
• Perform efficiently and maintain composure in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail are essential.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualification & Skill Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required along with a background & drug prior to starting
• Excellent attendance and punctuality required with a desire to learn.

·Proficient in Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook

• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Must be able to lift up to 25lbs.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
