Job Title: AI Training Technician - Document Validation

Location: Greentree, Pittsburgh, PA

Employment Type: Full-time, On-site (Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

Data Validation: Validate the accuracy of data extracted from mortgage and related documents using proprietary software, based on specific rules and requirements.

Document Classification: Ensure correct document classification and electronic indexing for customer records.

Work Assignment: Monitor and accept assignments from the document queue system, processing projects to assist in the improvement and development of company software.

Client Support: Complete assigned tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of quality to meet customer service standards.

Adaptability: Work closely with managers to resolve issues, handle evolving tasks, and report any product malfunctions requiring immediate attention.

Communication: Provide clear, concise communication to management, team members, and customers. Patience in managing challenging situations is key.

Compliance & Efficiency: Adhere to company policies, meet productivity expectations, and maintain job-specific standards of performance.

Repetitive Task Work: Must enjoy working on repetitive tasks as they are a core component of this role.

Shift: Work on-site with a shift from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM to accommodate West Coast clients.

Quality Control: Locate and correct data entry errors, verify accuracy before submission.

Qualifications and Education:

• Education:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate's degree preferred.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and other common computer applications.
  • Experience working in a cloud and SaaS environment is ideal.
  • Must have basic understanding of web-based applications and internet browsers.
  • Experience with mortgage-related documents is a plus but not required.

• Additional Requirements:
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the US (US Citizen or Permanent Resident). No visa sponsorship available.
  • Candidates must live in Pittsburgh, PA area and commute daily to the Greentree office.
  • Flexibility with work hours is essential, given the shift time and client needs.
