Mortgage Processor - TEKsystems

Leading mortgage company in Plano, TX hiring for multiple Mortgage Loan Processors!

- Fully in office

- Pay Rate: $22 - $25/HR

- Schedule: Monday to Friday; Flexible Hours from 7AM - 7PM; 40 hour work week

- START DATE: ASAP

- Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Loan Processor experience
• No Loan officers or Default/Servicing candidates

Job Description

• Looking through borrowing documentations
• Review credit reports, bank statements, appraisals, income, assets
• Be able to identify documents
• Applying investor guidelines
• Handling changes to loans and adding conditions from the loans
• Update loan applications with any changes (broke amount, interest change, curing QM etc)
• Familiar with AUS (automated underwriting system)

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable with large deposits
• Need to know the standards of Fannie and Freddie Mae guidelines
• Encompass experience preferred
• Experience with FHA/VA/Conventional loans, purchases
