This position is designed to help us complete the business we have in process and assist our loan officers in generating additional opportunities. It is the responsibility of a Loan Officer to analyze a borrower’s financial and credit data to determine creditworthiness and the probability of financial security in repayment efforts. We work within a variety of affordable mortgage programs, MN Housing and down payment assistance programs to help our clients achieve the dream of homeownership.

Your role will be to help our team complete the loan process for our clients, from origination to closing. You will work within our secure loan systems, review documentation, complete calculations, solve problems and track all clients' files in process. We also have a marketing component for our team assistant in generating real estate financing flyers and other support materials for our Realtor partners. 

Prior mortgage industry, title or real estate experience required.

Knowledge of Encompass loan systems a big plus.

Hmong-speaking highly desirable.

Interest in the field of business management/ marketing/ sales/ finance
Finance and/or client relationship background preferred, but not required
Ability to work with cloud based technologies, web platforms and MS Office products, outgoing personality; ability to communicate with clients via phone and in person
Ability to pass background and NMLS licensing testing will be needed.
Basic mathematical skills required, advanced mathematical abilities helpful

Obtaining/obtained NMLS license preferred
