About the Job
We are seeking a MOS Process Support Manager for the MOS Process Support Department.
This role is accountable for L3 leadership of the Member Operations Support (MOS) Process Support Department. The manager is to ensure excellence of current processes while improving department efficiencies (better, faster, less expensive) by designing, managing, maintaining, and improving upon a system to produce effective, accurate, and timely results. This role is to execute a sequence of tasks or projects, breaking emergent and deliberate strategy into actionable pieces, discovering new ways to organize and utilize given resources to achieve departmental objectives, and supporting future business strategies.

Highlights:
- Providing administrative and processing support to the Senior Manager of the MOS Division and effective leadership to the Executive Assistant and the MH SEG FBOA Administrative
- Coordinator of the MOS Division located in San Antonio;
- Successful management of administration services in support of the FBOA Association and maintenance of this field of membership;
- Implementation and management of change management processes within the MOS Division;
- Effective management of GreenPath Financial Wellness, one of Credit Human’s third-party
- Effective management of the coordination of cross-divisional resources to address operational disruptions and associated responses
Experience:
Required
- 5 or more years of managerial experience
- Financial service industry experience
Education:
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
Licenses & Certifications:
Required
- Certification in Change Management Processes or related field
Skills & Knowledge:
Required
- PC skills include word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications
- Strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to work with and influence senior leadership and other key stakeholders and cultivate strong relationships

- Experience with vendor management, negotiation, and resolution skills
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:30 pm
