We are on the lookout for passionate, hard-working team players to join our dynamic production team. As an Mounting Associate, you’ll play a pivotal role in our fast-paced, high-variability art manufacturing process, contributing to the precision and quality that define Four Hands Art Studio.

In This Role
- Organize and process orders to ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain and service department equipment, including wall cutters, heat presses, and laminators, ensuring they are in optimal condition before and after use
- Measure and cut foamboard, matte boards, and deckle paper to exact specifications
- Update order statuses in a timely manner to track progress
- Follow all company safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Maintain high-quality standards throughout the production process
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Uphold our Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands team
- Other duties as assigned by Management
The Ideal Person
- High School diploma or GED equivalency required
- Manufacturing or assembly line experience preferred
- Proficiency in reading a tape measure and performing basic math
- Strong attention to detail to ensure the quality of our products
- Experience using hand and power tools and equipment
- Physical ability to perform continuous walking, standing, stooping, and reaching for 8-10 hours per day
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed to meet production demands
