Location:  Berlin, VT

Salary:  $85,675.00 - $128,502.00

Signing Bonus: Yes

Bonus Description: $15,000 in three equal payments

Relocation Package: Partial

Qualifications:

• ARRT (MRI) certification required.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in MRI technology, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong technical skills and familiarity with modern MRI equipment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Commitment to patient care and quality improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the MRI department, ensuring top-tier service and quality patient care.
• Oversee MRI technologists, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with radiologists and medical staff to optimize patient care and imaging procedures.
• Manage workflow and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MRI equipment.
• Maintain a focus on continuous improvement of processes and patient satisfaction.
