When you join RadNet as a ROCC (Remote Operations Command Centers) Technical Assistant, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.
You Will:
- Provide assistance to MRI Steering Technologist, Radiologists and/or administrative staff to provide optimal MRI safety and patient care.
- Convey patient history to the MRI Technologist for accurate MRI safety, assist MRI Technologists to ensure MRI safety, coil positioning, patient screening and/or history and patient observation during exams.
- Support technologists with procedures as needed; which includes the set-up of coils, schedule maintenance, and/or clean-up of MRI suite
- Demonstrates competency regarding the need to safeguard patient property and Patient Health Information.
- Safeguards any on site medications in accordance with Company policies, procedures and any legal requirements.
- Demonstrates respect for company property, including any cash and patient financial information on site or on patient portals.
- Is responsive to the needs of others by exhibiting and maintaining professional behavior toward patients and coworkers.
- Demonstrates respect for patient boundaries and cultural sensitivities during all interactions.
- Demonstrates ability to interact diplomatically and sympathetically with patients, their families, and the public in a clinical setting.

To Ensure Success in This Role, You Must Have:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year experience in medical setting
- Completion of approved MR Technologist Assistant program, including hands-on clinical training
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills, public relations and verbal and written communication
- Must be able to assist in lifting patients onto table
