The MRI Technologist Training Program performs imaging utilizing the appropriate equipment for the purpose of diagnosis and treatment planning with regards to patient care. The MRI Technologist Training Program demonstrates competency in skills necessary to care for patients served. Competent to perform multiple types of Imaging including Fluoro, X-Ray, Mammography and Dexa, involving Emergency Room Patients, surgical patients, inpatients and outpatients. Good technical and communication skills required. Ability to work with all levels from staff to physicians. Ability to triage quickly in a fast paced work environment.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 3:00 pm - 11:30pm, Saturday day shift rotation, Holiday and On-Call rotation. 

Education and Experience:
Vocational diploma from an AMA approved radiologic technology program required
Associate's Degree from an AMA approved radiologic technology program And Over 1 year to 3 years’ experience as an Imaging Services Technologist preferred

Licenses and Certifications:

MRI Tech Certified required within one year of training program

BLS Certified within two weeks of hire, training provided by Grand View Health
