MS Project Server Consultant at Randstad USA

job summary:

We are seeking a skilled MS Project Server Consultant to manage and optimize our Project Web Access (PWA) environment, specifically Project Online. In this role, you will be integral to refining and supporting our Project Server setup, centralizing project data, and ensuring updates flow seamlessly through PWA timesheets. Given that only system administrators access PWA directly, all project files are centralized and published to the server, with updates managed via timesheets. Anunderstanding of timesheet processes within PWA, along with the ability to recommend alternative tracking methods as needed, is essential.

responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• Configure and manage PWA/Project Online environments to enable effective project tracking and reporting.

• Centralize and manage project files within the server and ensure accurate updates through PWA timesheets.

• Support and optimize timesheet functionality, with a focus on potential alternative tracking methods to address current execution challenges.

• Work closely with schedulers, PMs, and other team members to understand project-specific needs.

• Provide ongoing training and documentation to system users and administrators.
