HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT:
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY:
As a Quality Improvement Analyst one will collaborate with divisional administration and colleagues to drive continuous quality improvement (QI) and quality assurance (QA). Provide skills, knowledge, and expertise in performance improvement tools and techniques. Work with Quality Manager to support and facilitate changes that lead to improvement. Support communication and reporting related to improvement; prepare and delivers reports, presentations, and visual materials. Assist with teaching and inspections to ensure regulatory readiness in all practice locations.
Education:
Preffered: Associate or bachelor’s degree.
High school diploma and successful practical nursing education program completion
Experience:
Preferred: Five (5) years of relevant job-related experience
Lean Six Sigma or Coding certifications
License:
Preffered: Licensed as a registered nurse (RN) or Licensed as a practical nurse (LPN)
